IBC provides Evaluations for sexual deviant behaviors. Evaluations can be suggested by law firms, private investigators hired by the client, and from a court order. Other Evaluations can be mandated by Probation officers as condition of probation.

IBC uses the Sexual Adjustment Inventory, ABEL screening, paired with polygraph services to give clients the best possible evalution for pretrial services as well as assessing for terminating of registry listing. Evaluations are a self pay service and are not covered by insurance. Evaluations can be adjusted for children and adolescents
